
It Hardware - networking engineer
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues (motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc.).
Manage hardware inventory, asset tagging, and lifecycle management.
Set up and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and cabling.
Perform routine hardware health checks and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement.
Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects.
Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to end-users.
Maintain documentation including hardware configurations, procedures, and incident logs.
