Hiring: IT Hardware Engineer (Field Job)

Job Title: IT Hardware Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dwarka Sector 07,Delhi

Important Note

This is a field job.
Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and hardware replacements.
Install and configure operating systems and required software.
Provide on-site technical support to clients.
Coordinate with the support team and update service reports after each visit.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel for on-site service visits.

Eligibility

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply.
Prior field support experience will be an advantage.
