Job Description

Installation and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Installation and support of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems.
Network cabling, rack installation, and structured cabling work.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty support.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls and projects.
