Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and related systems. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and provide technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (CPU, motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, printers, etc.)

Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades

Set up and manage basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues

Maintain inventory of hardware equipment

Ensure data security and system backups

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other peripherals

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication skills
