📢 HIRING – IT EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Near Airport, Lucknow

👨 Gender: Male

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Daily IT Operations

• Monitor server connectivity, internet routers & network availability

• Check printers, paper & toner levels

• Verify CCTV/surveillance system functionality

• Handle basic IT troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required

🔹 Application & User Support

• Perform daily synchronization of business applications

• Handle basic issues related to the Midas App through the official WhatsApp group

• Support training of new employees on the Midas Mitra App

• Resolve basic CRM-related queries, including BEAT & distributor modules

🔹 User Access & Asset Management

• Create employee email IDs and provide required access

• Manage employee SIM activation, replacement/swaps & deactivation

• Add employees to official WhatsApp groups and email distribution lists

• Maintain IT asset records in Excel/CRM

🔹 Documentation & Communication Support

• Assist with telephone system monitoring and basic troubleshooting

• Resolve basic internet connectivity issues at user end

• Maintain records of IT assets, maintenance and issue resolution

• Prepare daily IT operational reports for the IT Manager

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking & troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and email systems

• Basic understanding of CRM/application support

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle day-to-day IT operations independently

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
