Solution Expert Architect 1.Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture Network, compute, storage, virtualization On‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments 2.Cloud & Modernization Cloud adoption strategies (AWS / Azure / GCP concepts) Hybrid cloud design, migration, and modernization Automation and infrastructure transformation 3.Resilience & Availability Customer requirement analysis and discovery RFP / RFI / proposal solution design Effort estimation, sizing, BOM, costing Trade‑off analysis and cost optimization Creating architecture diagrams and design documentation Value proposition articulation (business + technology) Role: Infrastructure Architect. • Possess strong, in-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid environments. • Define and govern end-to-end infrastructure architecture aligned with operational stability, scalability, security, and performance requirements. • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to customers and internal IT Operations teams. • Translate business requirements into sustainable and cost-effective infrastructure solutions. • Develop and present a future-ready infrastructure roadmap, covering modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and technology transformation initiatives. • Ensure infrastructure architectures adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Act as a design authority for infrastructure changes, enhancements, and major transformation programs. • Support complex troubleshooting and act as a technical escalation point for high-impact operational issues. • Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape. • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to improve resilience, availability, and operational efficiency. • Provide guidance on DR, high availability, capacity planning, and performance management strategies. • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. Job Description:Solution Architect. Possess strong expertise across enterprise infrastructure domains including network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid environments. Engage with customers to understand business drivers, technical requirements, constraints, and success criteria. Define end-to-end infrastructure solution blueprints and architectures tailored to customer needs and industry best practices. Lead solution design activities for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including technical responses, assumptions, and solution narratives. Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions. Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures, diagrams, and design documentation for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid models. Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and operational readiness.BOM, sizing, costing, and solution trade-offs during proposal and deal shaping phases.
