Visioncraze IT Solutions is looking for a skilled and responsible Hardware Technician to manage laptop and desktop repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support services. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing hardware issues, performing repairs, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptop and desktop hardware issues.

Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, power supply, and other hardware components.

Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and installations.

Assemble and configure desktop systems.

Install operating systems, drivers, and software.

Perform preventive maintenance and system cleaning.

Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and basic networking issues.

Maintain repair records and service reports.

Provide technical support to customers/users.
