Job Description / Role Overview: CompSol is hiring Field Technical Support Executive (L2) to handle deployment, support, and maintenance of IT Systems at client locations. The role involves hands‑on technical support for Windows systems, networks, and office applications, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Windows System Deployment & Support

• Software Installation & Configuration

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance

o Windows OS

o Network's

o Storage and backups

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for timely resolution

Key Skills

· Desktop Support L2 / Field and Remote Technical Support for Windows 11

· Hardware Troubleshooting (PCs, Printers, Peripherals)

· LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi Support

· Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)

· Antivirus & Endpoint Security

· Vendor Coordination & Client Support

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (IT preferred)

• 1+ year certified technical diploma in: IT / Computer Hardware / Networking or equivalent technical certification

Job Details

• Job Location: Mumbai & MMR

• Shift: General Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

• Work Mode: Remote / On‑Site Support

• Travel: Required to client sites within assigned locations

• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
