Field Engineer — IT & Surveillance

Location: Kolkata | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month | Type: On-site / Field

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to handle client-side IT support, surveillance system setup, and hardware troubleshooting across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems including NVRs and DVRs
Set up and manage network switches and surveillance equipment
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and monitors
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly

Requirements

Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based surveillance systems
Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR configuration preferred
Good communication and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel to client sites
