Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, SSD, battery, display, etc.)
Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and drivers
Perform laptop refurbishing, testing, and quality checks
Troubleshoot software and basic networking issues
Manage inventory of spare parts and components
Provide technical support to customers (in-store or remote)
