Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting computer hardware, networking devices, and related systems across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and hardware components
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
Maintain hardware inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
Ensure systems comply with company standards and security policies

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, networking basics, and peripherals
Familiarity with Windows OS installation and configuration
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel within assigned locations
