Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for barcode printers and related equipment.

  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot barcode printers.

  • Diagnose hardware and basic software/printing issues.

  • Assist customers with printer setup and operation.

  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of barcode printing systems.

  • Coordinate with senior technical team members to resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain proper records of service and support activities.

  • Visit customer locations when required.

Eligibility:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a technical support role.
