Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, antivirus, and security tools
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and service records
Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: [Graduate]
Experience: [1 year -2 years]
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and system maintenance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
