Location: Kurla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position: Field Support Engineer – Laptop Hardware Parts Replacement

Field Support

Job Responsibilities

Visit customer locations to diagnose laptop hardware issues.
Replace laptop hardware components such as:
- LCD/LED Screens
- Keyboards
- Batteries
- Hinges
- Touchpads
- Motherboards
- RAM
- SSD/HDD
- Cooling Fans
- DC Jacks and other laptop spare parts
Perform hardware troubleshooting and testing after replacement.
Update job status through mobile app or service portal.
Ensure timely closure of assigned service calls.
Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.

Eligibility

Any.
Minimum 1 year of field laptop hardware support experience.
Good knowledge of laptop troubleshooting and parts replacement.
Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, or other leading laptop brands is preferred.
Good communication skills.

Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (Preferred).
Android smartphone.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai.
