Job Description / Role Overview: Compsol is hiring a Field Technical Support Executive (L2) to handle deployment, support, and maintenance of IT systems at client locations. The role involves hands‑on technical support for Windows systems, networks, and office applications, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Windows System Deployment & Support
· Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
· Provide on‑site and remote support for LAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic networking issues
· Support cloud and on‑premise storage solutions
Software Installation & Configuration
· Install and support standard office software, including:
Microsoft 365, Antivirus / endpoint security solutions, Adobe applications, Backup and recovery software
· Ensure systems comply with IT and security standards
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
· Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
o Windows OS
o Networking
o Storage and backups
· Follow structured troubleshooting procedures.
· Maintain service documentation and reports
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for timely resolution
Key Skills

Experience
Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Field IT support, Endpoint deployment, Windows troubleshooting, User support
Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline)
1+ year certified technical diploma in: IT / Computer Hardware / Networking or equivalent technical certification

Shift: General Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
Work Mode: Field / On‑Site Support
Travel: Required to client sites within assigned locations
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
