• Attend and resolve service tickets within defined timelines
• Diagnose issues in LED modules, cabinets, power supply, and control systems
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting
• Coordinate with senior technical team for complex issues
• Maintain service reports, job sheets, and updates
• Communicate clearly with customers on issue status and resolution
• Share updates via WhatsApp and internal systems
• Support installation team when required
• Ensure quality in repairs and replacements
• Follow service SOPs and response timelines
