­­­­­1. HDO Field Engineer

Engineers manage the technical setup, customer service, and overall network activation.

Core Responsibilities: Installing Wi-Fi routers and Optical Network Terminals (ONT), configuring devices, and testing internet speeds.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing connectivity issues, handling fiber splicing, and fixing service complaints on-site.

Customer Service: Explaining router usage to customers, ensuring high-quality installations, and closing tickets via mobile apps.

Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or a Graduate degree.

Salary Range: Typically ₹26,000 to ₹31,000 (plus performance incentives).

2. HDO Wireman (Technician)

Wiremen handle the physical groundwork and assist engineers to ensure a smooth installation process.

Qualifications: 10th pass minimum, though 12th pass and basic technical experience is preferred.
