Job Description – Support Engineer

Position: Support Engineer
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers welcome)
Location: Bangalore (2 Vacancies) / Hyderabad (2 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, barcode printers, scanners, RFID devices, and related solutions.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of MES, Barcode, RFID, and Industrial Automation solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely closure of support tickets.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for issue resolution and project execution.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and documentation.
Provide basic user training and ensure customer satisfaction through quality support.
Travel to customer sites as required for installation, servicing, and technical support.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite support.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of Barcode, RFID, Printers, Industrial Automation, or IT Support.
Internship or project experience in technical support is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline.
