2 years of experience in L1 & L2 IT Support.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.
Experience in hardware/software installation and configuration.
Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting (network & local).
Familiarity with Server & basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
