We are seeking enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and common applications (MS Office, email clients, browsers).
Assist in network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
Handle user account management (password resets, access permissions).
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months – 1 year of desktop support/helpdesk experience.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS.
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
