Desktop Support Engineer – L1

Company: Harbor Connect Services LLP

Location: Noida Sector-62

Shift: US Shift

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide L1 IT support to BPO agents, TLs & management

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows & Linux systems

Installation, configuration & formatting of desktops/laptops

Handle LAN, internet, Wi-Fi & basic network issues

Support for headsets, dialers, softphones, printers & peripherals

New joiner system setup, access & basic user support

Coordinate with ISPs / hardware vendors for escalations

Ensure minimum downtime during live US calling hours

Maintain basic IT inventory & asset records

Required Skills:

1–2 years experience in Desktop / IT Support (L1)

Hands-on with Windows & Linux OS

Basic knowledge of networking & hardware troubleshooting

Prior BPO / Call Center IT support experience preferred

Comfortable working in US shifts
