- Network configuration (LAN/Wi-Fi)

- Printer & scanner setup/support

- Remote desktop support (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

- Server & networking tools (basic knowledge)

- Desktop/laptop support for end users

- Biometric, CCTV & network device support
