Job Description

Spearhead Infotech Pvt. Ltd is a Web Hosting company provides email related solution to their corporate clients .

We are the authorized partner of Google Work Space , MS 365, Zoho Mail and cPanel.

Handling Technical Support for all our mailing solutions such as Google Work Space , Microsoft 365 , Web-Email Hosting

(cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ),Domain Name Registrations, Cloud & VPS Hosting etc.

You will be responsible for replying to customer over the emails and phone and provide instant support .

Troubleshooting: Connectivity issues among Client PC to Server ,Hosting management- disk space, server usage management, Reseller/Shared Hosting Management.

Email ID configuration at client PC , Backups.

Training will be provided .

Qualifications and Skills :

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook configuration.

Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.

Must have experience working in the web hosting industry.

Hardware & Networking Knowledge.

Experience with cPanel

Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems.

Great communication skills

Opportunity to get Google Workspace Certification.
