Desktop Support Engineer – Job Description

Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Eligibility: Male Candidates Only

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or a related field

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and technical support to users.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Install and configure operating systems and software.

- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Resolve user issues within the required turnaround time.

Candidate Requirements

- Good knowledge of desktop troubleshooting and IT support.

- Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Relevant experience of at least 6 months.
