Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide Floor Support / Remote Assistance and resolve problems to end users

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.

• Resolve hardware and software issues promptly, including networking and Wi-fi connectivity problems.

• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software across various office locations.

• Manage IT assets inventory and support IT audits as required.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.

• Support users remotely and on-site, ensuring efficient problem resolution.

• Document and manage Helpdesk tickets, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and users to deliver quality IT support.

• Generate daily dashboards and reports, updating IT management on performance metrics.

• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and escalate unresolved issues for continuous improvement.

• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including Laptops & Desktops, peripheral devices, internal components, Processor, chipsets, memory modules, and display, printer, Wi-fi.

• Raising IT tickets for tasks and activities performed for daily work accounting and performance measurement.

• Knowledge of office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal

• Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
