Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer L2

Location: Kurla

Working Status : Work from Office

Job Responsibilities :

Windows desktop and laptops, MacBook Air and Pro Laptops, Software installation, Hardware installation

Troubleshooting, CCTV camera, Google chrome

Cloud server, Google workspace, New technologies related to the IT , WIFI / LAN, Printer, Data security

System maintenance and repair list maintenance

Biometric attendance system

Animator desktop, Designer software installation (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma etc)

Experience : 4 to 5 Years
