Job Summary -
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide technical support for end-user devices, applications, and IT infrastructure. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint-related issues while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLA.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and business applications.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, domain joining, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot local and network printers.
• Handle incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform system upgrades, OS patch management, software deployment, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure laptops/desktops and provide remote support using remote access tools. • Support Microsoft 365 services, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Azure VPN connectivity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with the L3 team or vendors for complex technical issues.
• Ensure high user satisfaction by resolving issues within defined SLA timelines
