Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and basic software issues.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and system setup.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Support Active Directory tasks such as password resets and domain joining.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Install and troubleshoot local and network printers.
• Create, update, and close incidents/service requests through the IT ticketing system.
• Provide remote support to users using remote access tools.
• Assist with software updates, OS patch management, and preventive maintenance. • Maintain IT asset records and update system documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/L3 team or vendors.
• Ensure user issues are resolved within defined SLA timelines.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
