Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook (email setup, PST/OST issues, profile creation).
Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Deliver L1 technical support to end users through calls, emails, or in-person assistance.
Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Diagnose and resolve RAM, SSD, and other hardware-related issues.
Configure and support FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for secure file transfers.
Manage IT asset allocation, tracking, and inventory (laptops, desktops, accessories).
Install, upgrade, and replace hardware components such as RAM and SSDs.
Perform software installation, updates, and basic system maintenance.
Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
Maintain documentation of support tickets and asset records.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Active Directory (user creation, password reset, account unlock).
Knowledge of desktop hardware (RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, peripherals).
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, LAN, FTP).
Experience in IT asset management.
