Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure Windows operating systems.

  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.

  • Provide desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues.

  • Deliver L1 technical support to end users.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RAM, SSD, and other hardware-related issues.

  • Handle file transfers using FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

  • Perform system upgrades and basic hardware installations.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

  • Maintain system performance and provide timely technical assistance.
