Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity suites (Microsoft 365), and peripheral devices. [1, 2]
Network & Connectivity: Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP connection issues. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Ticketing & Asset Management: Record, track, and close service requests using IT helpdesk systems while managing local hardware inventories. [1, 2]
