Job Description

Job role: Desktop Client Support

Job location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 6 months to 3 Years

  • Perform application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide end-user support including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue resolution.

  • Manage user and society creation, modification, and deletion in the system.

  • Offer BMC and portal support, including user account management.

  • Provide basic hardware support and resolve related technical issues.

  • Travel to client locations for on-site support, issue resolution, and software/hardware demonstrations.
