Job Overview

We are seeking a highly tech-savvy IT & Technical Support Executive responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day technology needs. This role involves handling video conferencing setups, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting office equipment, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT and technical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically skilled, and capable of resolving both basic and moderately complex technical issues quickly to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT & System Support

• Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, and related IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.

• Handle document printing, scanning, and printer maintenance.

• Assist employees with day-to-day technical issues.

Video Conferencing & Communication Systems

• Set up and manage video conferences using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

• Ensure smooth audio, video, and screen-sharing during meetings and presentations.  Troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues before and during meetings.

Network & Connectivity

• Manage office internet connectivity including routers, Wi-Fi networks, and basic network troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internet service providers if required.

Office Equipment & Technical Infrastructure

• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as:

o Projectors and presentation systems o Printers and scanners o Routers and networking hardware o Landline and conference phone systems

• Provide technical support for meeting rooms and presentation setups.

Facility Technology Support

• Assist with the technical setup and troubleshooting of devices such as smart TVs, conference room systems, and integrated office technology.

• Basic knowledge of systems such as air conditioning controls and other electronic office infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of computers, operating systems, and office software.

• Experience with video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

• Good understanding of networking basics (routers, Wi-Fi, LAN connections).

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly.

• Familiarity with office equipment including printers, projectors, and conference phones.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
