We are hiring an L1 Support Engineer for a client in the aviation domain!

Job Description

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (from Day 1)

We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (O365).

  • Knowledge of home-to-office VPN and Remote Desktop Support.

  • Experience with a ticketing system will be an added advantage.

  • Hindi is mandatory. English is required for ticket updates and written communication.
