Key Responsibilities:

Desktop Support Engineer – 2 Years Experience

Good Technical Knowledge of desktop and laptop support.
Installing and configuring Windows, drivers, and software.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Creating user accounts and resetting passwords.
Installing and supporting printers and scanners.
Troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet issues.
Installing and configuring Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Performing Windows updates and antivirus updates.
Maintaining laptop, desktop, and IT asset inventory.
Coordinating with vendors for hardware repair and replacement.
Handling daily IT support tickets and resolving user issues on time.
Setting up new laptops and desktops for employees.
Providing basic support for local network connectivity.
