Job Description

JD as below

  • Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for 100+ end users.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, applications, and security tools.

  • Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and licenses in Office 365.

  • Handle support requests through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice/ZenDesk or similar.

  • Resolve incidents within SLA and escalate issues when required.

  • Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

  • Perform regular system updates, patching, and antivirus checks.

  • Set up and configure new devices for onboarding users.

  • Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

  • Provide remote support for offsite employees when needed
