Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows, macOS, Linux basics)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords (Active Directory)
Install and update software applications and security patches
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Handle ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) for issue tracking
Perform system upgrades and data backups
Support remote users via remote desktop tools
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
