  • Be the first line of IT helpdesk support

  • Manage servers, storage & data center environment

  • Handle backup & restoration jobs

  • Configure desktops/laptops & apply IT policies

  • Coordinate with vendors for smooth operations

  • Monitor antivirus, IT inventory & network at site

  • Support audio/video conferencing & WebEx facilities

  • Manage user access & critical applications
