Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: East of Kailash, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days working)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

A Desktop Support Engineer with 1-3 years of experience debugging hardware, software, and fundamental networking problems is needed. Supporting users, keeping systems up to date, and making sure IT runs smoothly are all part of the job.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and fundamental network problems.
Give users prompt technical assistance.
Carry out regular updates, maintenance, and security audits
Keep track of IT asset documentation and inventor

Requirements:

At least one year of desktop support experience
strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, OS, and fundamental networking
familiarity with troubleshooting office equipment, including printers and scanners
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
