Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Desktop Engineer to provide on-site IT support and maintenance services for clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling desktop/laptop hardware and software issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Visit client locations for desktop/laptop installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Provide on-site technical support for hardware, OS, and networking issues.

· Install and configure software, printers, and other peripherals.

· Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network configurations.

· Maintain records of service calls and report daily activities to the supervisor.

· Coordinate with the backend IT support team for escalated issues.

Working Hours : 10Am to 7 Pm

Salary : 15,000 to 25,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Days : 6 Day Working
