L2 Engineer Resource Resolve all the calls escalated by the L1. Provide a detailed RCA analysis for all the critical calls with resolution details To close all the repeat call analyses and provide permanent solutions (Problem management) Build site-specific knowledgebase and SOP documentations for the processes Ensure all the critical/non-critical devices are covered with the relevant Security compliance norm as per Godrej security guidelines. Ensure all the asset inventory is up to date as per Godrej Asset policy To update relevant documents whenever a change is observed, followed by the Change control process. Participation in EIT/InfoSec audit-related sample & data capturing Good communication skills (in English) with internal & external clients.
Shift time - 24•7 (Rotational Shift)
Qualification - Diploma/Graduate Passout in IT.
Preferred immediate,short notice candidates.
Should be Good communication skills.
