Job Description

Provide comprehensive support for all Mac & iPad devices, including software/OS troubleshooting.

Overall support for Windows, including software/OS troubleshooting.

Resolve hardware and networking issues for laptops, desktops, and various printer types (LaserJet, Inkjet).

Handling VIP users (CIO, CEO, Directors) with professionalism and efficiency.

Good understanding of O365 applications.

Basic understanding of Network & Active Directory related issues (l1 Level).

Understanding of Ticketing tool and Service Management process.

Provide application troubleshooting across a range of software used in the environment.

Conference room utility set up; VC set up knowledge.

Excellent Customer service, communication & 24•7 availability as in when required.

Knowledge of hardware components, management, removal, and setup.

Ability to work independently.

Efficient in Office installations, Outlook issues, mail backups.
