Job Description

Designation: Field Service Engineer – Robotic support

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Project Manager

Positions: 4 nos

Job Purpose

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and breakdown support of Kody Robots at customer sites. This role ensures smooth operations and maximum uptime of the deployed robotic systems.

Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

0 -1 years of experience in field service, robotics, automation, or similar domains.

Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and basic programming.

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel to various client locations.

Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, Shifts and holidays if required.

Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy components.

Saturday & Sunday to be available

Weekoff will on other weekdays
