Job Description:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for end users. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 desktop support to end users

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

OS installation & support (Windows 10/11)

Troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, etc.)

Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)

Active Directory: user creation, password reset, group policies (basic)

Outlook configuration & email troubleshooting

Antivirus installation & system patching

Vendor coordination and ticket closure

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware

Windows OS troubleshooting

Basic networking concepts

Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)

Good communication and customer-handling skills
