Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2.5–3 Years

Salary/CTC: ₹3.0–4.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shift (General / Morning / Night)

Gender Preference: Male

Joining: Immediate Joiners

Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds

### Key Responsibilities & Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in •computer hardware troubleshooting••.

Good working knowledge of •Windows 11 OS••.

Experience in •OS deployment through network boot••.

Troubleshooting •BitLocker•• issues.

Handling and troubleshooting •Video Conferencing (VC) systems••.

Installation and troubleshooting of VPNs such as •GlobalProtect and Cisco AnyConnect••.

• Identify network-related issues and route them to the appropriate team.

Basic knowledge of networking commands such as •Ping, TCPing, NSLookup and Tracert••.

Basic knowledge of •SCCM / Intune••.

Installation of missing •Windows patches•• on user machines.

Setup and troubleshooting of •network printers••.

• Installation of various software as per business requirements.

Troubleshooting end-user technical issues related to •Outlook, Windows OS, MS Office and other software••.

Installation and configuration of •OneDrive•• and enabling sync.

Troubleshooting hardware issues and coordinating with •authorized vendors•• through case logging.
