A Desktop Support Engineer provides first-line technical support for end-user hardware, software, and peripherals, resolving issues to minimize downtime.Key Responsibilities

Respond to support tickets via phone, email, chat, or in-person, diagnosing problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS), applications, and peripherals; perform updates and patches.
Conduct remote sessions for fixes, escalate complex issues to senior IT staff, and document resolutions in ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Maintain inventory, user training on basic IT use, and ensure compliance with security policies
