Job Title: IT Executive
📍 Job Location: Mumbai (Multiple Centres)
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and maintain IT assets across multiple company centres in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including email ID creation, user access, and asset allocation.
Maintain IT asset inventory, records, and monthly audit reports.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and authorized software.
Ensure system security, antivirus protection, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, warranties, and replacements.
Visit company centres to verify IT assets and maintain updated inventory records.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of IT asset management and inventory documentation.
Good communication, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
Prior experience in IT Support or Desktop Support is preferred.
Willingness to travel to company centres as required.
