Roles & Responsibility

Good Communications Skills
Will Be handling client user queries related to their laptop,desktop ,printers etc
Windows OS installation like win 10,win 11
Basic Application installation
Strong knowledge system diagnosing rectify the issue and troubleshooting
Adding system to Domain from Workgroup
Hands on knowledge of MS Outlook / O365 installation
