Desktop Support Eng , having the good knowledge of Network ,

Oversee network performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot network problems, and

Ensure optimal functionality.

• Design, implement, and manage LAN and wireless networks to meet evolving business

needs.

• Maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, including tracking utilization, depreciation, and

lifecycle management.

• Conduct regular IT asset audits to ensure accurate records and optimal resource allocation.

• Manage IT-related inventory, ensuring e:icient issuance of hardware, software, and

accessories to users.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks.

• Install and configure software with organizational credentials, adhering to security best

practices.

Provide timely updates to senior management on critical IT issues and propose strategic

changes to optimise operations.
