Job Description

Industry: Laptop & Computer Servicing Position: Desktop Service Engineer Experience: 6 months to 2 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Maximum) Working Days: 6 days a week Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Two-Wheeler: Mandatory Language: English & Local language preferred

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Desktop Service Engineer to join a laptop and computer servicing company. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining desktops and laptops, including field visits to customer locations for service and support.

· Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in desktops laptops & Printers.

· Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacement of computer components.

· Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software.

· Conduct field visits to customer locations for onsite service and technical support.

· Handle customer service requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

· Identify hardware failures and recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions.

· Maintain service records and update customers on repair status.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery.

· Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in desktop, laptop, or computer servicing.

· Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting.

· Structured cabling knowledge for Lan, Wan, intercom & CCTV

· Experience in laptop, desktop & Printer repair, component replacement, Configuring Routers, CCTVs and software installation.

· Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.

· Willingness to travel for field visits and onsite customer support.

· Fair communication and customer-handling skills.
